Eastern Waterproofing Company, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides drainage and waterproofing services, crawlspace encapsulation, and dehumidification services.

1. Services
Al services are subject to availability and governed by written contract or proposal.

2. Estimates and Contracts
Estimates are based on visible conditions. Additional work due to unforeseen conditions or atypical construction may result in added charges.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances accrue interest at 18% per year. Warranties are unenforceable until paid in full.

4. Warranties and Guarantees
Al warranties are governed solely by contract documents and exclude flooding, acts of God, pre-existing damage, third-party damage, or improper maintenance.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access and remove belongings. Company is not responsible for damage to items not removed.

6. Unforeseen Conditions
Company is not responsible for hidden structural defects or atypical construction methods.

7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes governed by Connecticut law and resolved through courts of Connecticut after good-faith negotiation.

9. Website Use
Website use does not create contractor-client relationship.

10. Intellectual Property
Al website content is property of Eastern Waterproofing Company, Inc.
